Hello to the List
While photographing headstones in Sandgate Cemetery Newcastle I came upon
this headstone It maybe of interest to someone

Semper Paratus

Br Henry Smethurst
NSW A

Who died 11 Dec 1885
Aged 31 years

Erected by his comrades as a token of respect

The top of the stone has the Artillery Gun and the stone is of white marble
I can send the image if anyone wanted it
