Hello Liz, my interest is always with The Fisher Christian connection (and from your side the Courtois connection)
I can find John Benjamin Fisher Christian in the Victoria registers but nowhere else. I am pretty sure he is a Bounty
descendant. The combination of the names Fisher Christian is pretty narrowly related to descendants including the name
McCoy from memory. I am not in my genealogy data currently but in one of my emails I did explaing my reasoning and will
be happy to dig it out if anyone is interested. John Benjamin Fisher Christian married one of my Courtois ancestors
although by then the name was Hooper.
I have just been away sailing for a couple of weeks so catching up.
