Dear Ian,
Have you tried looking up the phone listings at www.whitepages.com.au .
There are 6 Reddel names in Brisbane, but none in the Qld. Country areas, 19
in Sydney and 17 NSW Country. There are no other listings in any of the
other states.

Of the 6 Reddel's in Brisbane, I personally know the B. Reddel - she is the
widow of Bill Reddel who was born in Charters Towers in 1918. She said that
4 of the Reddels listed are connected with Charters Towers she doesn't know
about the two D.I. Reddel listings.

My husband tells me that Peter Delamothe was a member of Queensland
Parliament for Bowen about 20 years ago. The Peter Delamothe Highway runs
from Bowen to the Gregory Development Road between Clermont and Charters
Towers. Maybe the James Cook University could help you re the Delamothes.
