Yesterday, quite by accident, I found three of the five families I had been looking for who came to Qld after 1899.

I looked in the Unassisted Immigrants to Victoria:

This list is not just for people who landed in Victoria; many were going on to Sydney, Hobart and Brisbane, or were going to Adelaide.

2 tips for using it:
don't put in first names: use an initial + wild card *
use the year drop-down menu ie 1899 - 1910
