Hi Beryl,

Great to see a Family History Group in action at Wyong. As a previous
resident of the Wyong Shire I never had reason to want to know the origin of
Buff Point or how the name came about, until I commenced family research.
Now, I was wondering if a member of your group could or would assist me with
the answer to this question. One line of my family tree is called BUFF. They
were believed to have resided at Erina.
I would be very grateful for any assistance.
I must call in to my old haunt one day and see this group.
