I'm trying to clarify information about an Owen Maloney who married a
Margaret Kelly(daughter of William Kelly and Ellen Toomey)

I can't find any reference to a death or marriage for Owen Maloney
Owen, or Maloney in the period 1840-1850 on the NSW BDM website. I can't
find a marriage for a Margaret Kelly in this period either. Their children
were William Maloney (b. 1843) and Margaret (b. 1844), both born Mooney
Mooney.

Owen is believed to have been born in Ireland in 1821, and died (drowned in
Popran Ck) in 1843. The Owen Maloney buried at Spencer Holy Trinity is
Owen's grandson. Owen is believed to be buried at Hospital Gully, Mangrove
Ck.

Anyone out there know anything about this elusive man?
