Hello Susan,

The Hitchcock family married into the Gavenlock family in the Gosford
district. I will contact you direct, re the actual person you are seeking -
think I missed the first part of the query to the List.

The Gosford Times of 23.2.1900 bears an In Memorium notice for Josh
Hitchcock, who was accidentally killed by a falling tree at Erina on Feb 14,
1895. His sister was Jane, wife of Christopher Gavenlock. Is this the
family you want?
