How fascinating ! Was it owned by the Erina
Shire ? I wonder why it was sited there .
Prusumably the coke would have had to come by sea
from somewhere and thats away from the water front

OK........ telegraph systems dont run of fresh air
. Question 2 . where did the power come from to
run the telegraph .

Never thought about before .......... Did the
Gosford area have gas for household use , street
lighting before that ?
