Boy, am I glad I couldn't sleep last night & decided to join this list!
Thanks so much & for the photo too.
Annie Isabella had a girl in her 1st marriage (PETERS - not my line) who I
believe is an "Agnes A" (although called Ann according to her mothers death
certificate).... perhaps she was named after the child who died of burns.
Another hint for me that I am on the right track. Thanks!
Gee, I'm glad you said 'shell gatherer' and not 'labourer' (have lots of
those). Makes for something interesting :o).

P.S. my daughter says she loves your name... probably something to do with
the singer Gwen Stefani!
