Hello everyone:

Thanks to Linda for starting this list and to Louise Lowe
<> for posting her STAINES, PHILLIPS, SCOBIE and
DODSON interests and to Keith Skinner <> for his
DEVON & DAVIS names.

Alas, I cannot help with these families but eventually someone will turn
up :-)

My own interests are in the Albury and Henty-Pleasant Hills area where
my father's German forbears settled (KNIE, SIEBERT & SCHARDT) and my
mother's Irish and Cornish ones (GARVEY, CARMODY, BREWER and PAULL).

Does anyone know of local history sites in our area?
