Maitland Gaol is again open for inspection. Went to see for myself
last Thursday, a fascinating 1 1/2 hours with a non-stop
commentary. Then went for coffee at "Roseneath' just around the
corner (see email 'Roseneath')

The tours are conducted Monday to Friday from midday and on
weekends and public holidays from 10 am, midday and 2pm, cost
$8 per adult. During the school holidays a family pass for two
adults and three children $20.
