hi all
i am new to the list.i am the current caretaker of my husbands family
tree(HORNERY),much of the work has been done i am just collating it all and
checking some sources etc. ....We also have some photocopied pages of a form
filled out and sent into a "Boigraphical Register Of Muswellbrook & District"
that have some Hornery information on them.Was this compiled into a book ?
Where can we view it or purchase copies ? It looks as if it would have a lot of
interesting information in it,has anyone seen the finished product ? I think it was
for the Bi-Centennary so it may not be available anymore. I would appreciate
any help in this regard also.

Hi Michelle,

I have a copy, which I got ages ago, and yes - it is called:
Biographical Register of Muswellbrook and District Volume 1. There was to be
a Volume 2 at some stage, but I'm not aware that one has been
collated/published yet. It would be best to contact the Muswellbrook Historical
Society about current availability anyway. Their details are:
Weidmann Cottage, 132 Bridge Street, Muswellbrook. 2333
Phone 65432712. I'm not sure of their hours of opening though.
