Dear Sharon
Saw your message below.
One person in my line (Edna M Hooker) married a Harold J Edwards 1926 in
Hamilton NSW.
Edna was born 1907 in Singleton NSW
Unsure of Harold J Edwards date of birth.
Is there a connection to your line ?

(thank goodness they had the sense to get here so early!!!). The family
settled mostly around the Branxton area.

Corrigan, Dorney, O'Brien, McNamara and Coyne. In the third generation
McGann, Hunt, Daveron, Gurr, Collins, Cahill, Hatcher and McDermott (son of
another Thomas & Bridget!), but of course being good Irish Catholics there
are dozens of others.

families, who were mostly around the Kurri Kurri coalfields area. The Guys
were originally from Cornwall and the Hadfields from Durham.

Includes the Edwards and Wilson families in Singleton, as well as McGuirk
and Lawrence in Sydney and Newcastle.
