I've just started researching my ancestors and am wondering if anyone else has a connection with any of these families:
Dan DAVIS m Naomi M COOTE in 1865, Maitland. Children: John, Elizabeth, Rachel, WIlliam, George, Emma, Edward. Children born in Raymond Terrace and Morpeth.
George KING m Eliza E BARKER in 1880. Children: Amy L, Henry W, Frederick G, Harold A, George L, Ernest George, Ella J, Bertie L, Ethel Vida Alice, Enid S. Edward Davis (also known as Edward Davies) married Ethel King so her parents probably also lived around the same area i.e. Raymond Tce, Morpeth, Millers Forest, Maitland.
One or both families might have been strongly connected to the Methodist church.
Hoping someone has a connection.
