I have researched the Saxby family and have the following information on
your Bartletts.
George Bartlett married Martha Saxby b 26 Feb 1848 at Upper Allyn River NSW.
married 3 Oct 1865 Bendolba NSW

They had:
Robert b 1867 m Margaret Clark
Henry b 1869 m Barbara Johnson
George R b 1872 m Sophia Johnson
John E b 1874 m Gertrude Bridge
William H b 1877 m Dorcas?
Eva S b 1880 m Wm Spencer
Mark b 1883 d 1936 m Sarah Bridge
Jesse b 1885 m Jean Banks
Evalinee b 1887 m Isaac Hopkins
Geoffrey b 1889 d 1890
Herbert b 18900 m Eliza ?

Edward Bartlett m Ann Saxby in 1863. They had:

Edwar b 1864 d 1923 m Alice Rose
Mary A b 1866 m Faulkner
Robert b 1869
Susannah b 1871
Wm George b 1873 m Emily Bridge
Martha b 1875
Henry b 1878 d 1880
Lizzie b and 1881
Ernest b 1882
Stanley b 1885 d 1941
Garnett b 1889

I presume you know that Edwdard Saxby and Ted Bartlett, cedar cutters, are
credited with the discovery of alluvial gold at Back Creek near Copeland
in 1872. This started a gold rush to the area..

I have no further Bartlett info as I only followed the Saxbys for further
generations. Hope this helps.
