Hi List Members,

Could member's please help me with a query. Did the Maitland Roman Catholic Diocese or the Governor's representative in the Hunter Valley provide food and financial support to mother's of very young children in cases where the husband was killed for the period 1840 to 1850.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
