As a general rule of thumb passenger
departure records from NSW in the 19th
century havent not survived
You might find ref to passengers names in the
shipping page in the SMH
Be worth checking in the 3 volumes of the
'Log of Logs' books to see if any arrival ref
Passenger arrivals records to California are
also patchy . Try a www.google.com search
and see what comes up
