Hi,

An old friend of mine in the UK has sent me these details, to enquire
whether anyone has any connection with those mentioned below, he is apparently
in possession of some letters that were written during the period.



Mary Ann STOWER born 26/8/1830 at Walton. Left Plymouth on a "Bridal" emigration ship
in February 1852 to Sidney, Australia.

August 1854 married Joseph FLETCHER [born Gloucestershire C1830]
Children from this marriage. Mary Ann Fletcher, William Fletcher. both still alive in Jan 1873

Address given in December 1855 ; care of George McDonald, Black Creek, Nr.Maitland, New South Wales.

a second marriage took place round about 1863 to James KING
children from this marriage. Frederick Arthur King, William Henry King, Martha Mary King, Emily Blanche King.
All these were alive in January 1873.
Two died young. Elizabeth, and John Thomas Stower King who died Jan 1872.

Last address given in January 1873 was Stoney Creek, Nr.Singleton, New South Wales.
