I am looking for information on Alexander Henry SEYMOUR born Wickham 1921
died 1977. In 1949 he was living at 11 Mary St Wickham and was a Maritime
Engineer. I know he worked on the Stockton Ferry but don't know when.
Can anyone give me any information about Alex or the ferry crew list.
BTW Alex was a descendant of William GRANT who died 1889 age 106 at
allsend - a Waterloo veteran. Another one of William Grant's descendants
was Brig Sir Frederick (Black Jack) GALLEGHAN
I'm still looking for anything about 11 Mary Street.
