A bit difficult without a date . I checked the Probate index and doesnt
look like he left a will ??

Perhaps someone could check Doyles Hunter Valley indexes ??? . We have this
large set of fiche at Gosford Library but I cant get there at the moment.
Are also at Newcastle City Library



as he had lived a very full life on the Central Coast, Wyong and the
Brisbane Waters and also in the Hunter district. He >had been a land owner
and a Magistrate.


Are a number of refs to him in the Brisbane Water Bench Books and some more
in Liz PARKINSONs. History of Terrigal but none in Cecily MITCHELLs
