Yes, and it has added to my knowledge of my convict ancestor's life in
Muswellbrook during the period of his ticket of leave in the 1840s when
very little other information has been forthcoming.

There is a reference in the Maitland Mercury of 2 June 1847 to a
Muswellbrook cricket match on 24 May that year where he scored three
runs for the Union Club before being bowled by Ockley in the match
between the Union and Durham Clubs.
Something for any Ockley researchers out there to take note of!
