As you are from my area (Central Coast) I will forward some possibly
useless information.

When I was a Tech at Ashfield Exchange (PMG - before Telstra!) there
was a Tech there named REG BULLOCK. I think he later went to the
Inverell area. This was in the 1940s.

Possibly no connection but may assist in an area to check. Good Luck.
