A different question - local places, not people. How did the Government
get cattle from the Emu Plains Agricultural Station to the Mulgoa Forest
Station - where did they cross the river? Once they had crossed the river,
which track were the cattle taken on which eventually became a road? They
surely had to cross the river first as the river bank is too steep and
narrow near the mountains on the western side - even the children had to
climb to get up Glenbrook Gorge 60 years ago. Pat Curry
