Hello Listers,

Would someone be able to let me know if I have the correct Martha please?

Martha Jane Crossing (nee Smith) was born at Gilgandra, married at Mudgee (in 1872 aged 20) and died at Keelandi, Pillaga in 1919. NSW BDM shows her parents as Henry and Ann.

Assuming they were married in NSW, I assume they are the Henry Smith and Ann Read who were married in 1841, with possible children:

1. Mary A. Smith b. 1842
2. Thomas H. Smith b. 1846
3. Henry Smith b. 1847
4. Charity Smith b. 1847
5. Henry Smith b. 1851
6. Martha Jane Smith b. 1851 at Gilgandra
7. Anne E. Smith b. 1854
8. Sarah Smith b. 1856
9. Henrietta Smith b. 1857
10. Thomas Smith b. 1858
11. Susan Smith b. 1860
12. John Smith b. 1860

Would someone be able to find out where all these festivities took place - as that should provide a clue as to whether I have the right people.
