Hi Just looked up Bunker Creek near Wilcannia and got this reference in
http://www.navrun.com.au/cliffhangerfaq.htm<http://www.navrun.com.au/cliffhangerfaq.htm> Which says that Bunker Creek is
on the White Cliffs-Wilcannia Road and the only bridge on that road crosses
Bunker Creek. Bunker Creek is a tributary of the Paroo River.
Hope it helps
Gillian

Hi listers, could anyone advise me as to where a " BUNKER'S HOTEL" on
TARELLA STATION would have been in 1880? I am tracing the publican at that
time a JAMES FRASER...it was registered under the district of
Wilcannia-Mitchell that covered a large area back then......any ideas would
be really appreciated this fellow of mine is proving to be a brick wall in
tracing my family history....cheers Lesley
