Vanya in NZ asked about Woodstock Hall in Underwood Street, Paddington.
Niall suggested looking up a Sands Directory so I did.

No mention of Woodstock Hall in the 1909 Sands Sydney Suburban Directory
but there is in the 1892 edition. Woodstock Hall was no 122, on the corner of
Underwood and Queen Streets. The listed 'residents' at the time were
William H Howard and George Rignold!
