*this is a multi newsgroup posting - sorry*

My site now has a new section "Pioneer Portraits", being photograph, family
details and a short history of individuals associated with the Alpine region
of Victoria. Although only several at the moment, more will be added.

If you have a connection to the Alpine Region which stretches from the
Monaro through to Omeo then onto the Bright / Beechworth area and would like
your ancestor added, please email me.

I hope the format gives others the incentive to do similar on their site in
other regions of Australia.
