Dear John,
Just a few snippetts - not easily proven that they were on the estate
however if of interest will send any extra details I have - may have a family researchers address in some cases. They could know if their family first settled in the northern end of the Berry Estate. (So much of our material at this stage is on BDM. Being a historical society is our aim to copy onto our Family programme the info from our historical files as it relates to the individual family members.)

James HAMILTON married to Fanny F..TERS had a son William HAMILTON B 1815
Ireland D 1891 had married Isabella Hanigan in Ireland.

Robert HANNIGAN b 1844 Ireland D. 1895 Jaspers Brush M Fanny Walters

( I have included these as it was common for people to have worked on the
estate before purchasing property later) If interested I may have a family
contact that knows further details.

PeterL'ESTRANGE sorry wrong dates have one born 1883 who married Grace Watson

John McLEAN B 1798 Scotland D 1893 Berry he had a son Donald McLEAN B 1833 d 1906

William MARDEN no detail but had a daughter Maggy B 1875 Kiama D 1960 Kiama

Jasper RUTLEDGE B 1834 Ireland D 1881 Robertson he was the son of George & Anne Moffitt.
