Hello Mal.
Try the NSW State Records for Inquest records.
Check their web-site first, where you should find an information leaflet
about them.
Good luck. ray in sydney

anyone wants information on Thomas or the rest of the family I have an
extensive folder. On the 14 Sept 1871 Thomas disappeared presumed drowned in
the flooded river. In late 1873 Jack Glover a member of Ben Hall's gang was
sentenced to hang for a unrelated murder and then confessed he had murdered
Thomas and buried him under the kitchen floor, Thomas's body was recovered
and his disappearance solved, this is well documented. You would assume an
inquest would be held and the remains interred somewhere. But I am at a dead
end for answers to the last two questions, any help or advice would be
greatly appreciated especially from anyone with access to the Cooma or other
local papers perhaps even the Corryong paper in Vic.
