Can anyone explain where the information on these on-line registers actually
arises?

On checking several names - particularly Nowra General Cemetery - there
seems to be very little accuracy as to "aged: --", "Service Date: " - often
date given is that of death, and "Died:" - often given as 2 days earlier
than that given as service date.
Headstones and other information such as newspaper reports do not agree with
the information given.

Generally the more recent the record the more accurate the information and
the other cemeteries (Mollymook, Berry) seem to have more accurate
information.
