In the western foothills of the Trapitous Mountain Range which is just
north/west of the town of Araluen the land was owned by a Felice SALVIA
he had 12 lots. Maybe some spelling mistake could have changed "Salvia"
to "Sarber"???

Couldn't see any land owned by O'Grady.
