Nice old Alistair advises,

I have not seen the original record, only have a shelf
reference at Heraldry and Genealogical Society of Canberra

Shelf ref is Y1/CR. Tell them your details plus shelf ref
and add the letters <AGCI>. Include SAE with your request.

It may help if you ask for a Membership Application Form.
Some societies are overwhelmed by outsiders wanting help,
with expectation of freebies.

I am not related to John Wood and have no current address
for that Society.
