This done not seem to be much different than 2003. Nothing changes with
the centuries. The same mayhem and public disobedience.
Things have not changed much in 171 years.

On Monday night as a person was walking at the back of the windmill on
Church Hill was pounced upon by two fellows from behind, who laid him
on his back, a third knelt upon his breast and rifled his pockets of a
silver hunting watch with gold chain and seals, which, together with his
hat, they carried off.
On Wednesday evening last the shop of Dr. Boston of Clarence Street was
broken into and among other things the doctor complains of having lost
£50 in money,
