Yes he is listed and is an easy one

colony Sydney 1817 Jun 2,3 AO(Reel 6005; 4/3496 p.168)
.and am rather surprised that all the other PJ listers have found their convict
records as many convicts are listed under other names or ships of arrival

Would you check the early Permissions to Marry for the following please?

John Goddard (Gothard) aged 21, native place Hampshire,Life sentence, arrived
1815 per Marquis of Wellington.
John married Sarah Turner, Born in the Colony, on 5 July 1817

John received Pardon No. 308 16th October 1834 , and settled in the
Hawkesbury area.
