Would anyone have any knowledge or experience for locating records for
children placed into an orphanage somewhere in Sydney (near the City)
around 1923 ???

Yes they are convict related and one of them with his 3 siblings was my
wife's dad - Nelson Mitchell Hayes - we have no idea where they were
placed

Any suggestions very welcome
