Hello All,

A friend of mine who does not have access to the internet is just starting
his family tree. He has the original birth certificate of his father who was
born in Germany in 1913, unfortunatley neither of us can read it. Could sks
please advise me if there is somewhere I can go to get the document
transcribed?.
