Today, in Toowoomba, a very fine lady was finally laid to rest! Her
name was Sophie Florence Tebb, sixth child of Friedrich Wilhelm Schultz
and Auguste Emilie Franke, born on the 24 June 1911 at Bergen,
Queensland, and married at the Bergen Lutheran Church, Queensland, to
Norrington James Tebb on 12 August 1931. Together they had three
daughters, Carol Shirley born 17th May 1932, Daphne Merle b. 28 January
1934 and Valerie Ruth b. 7th December 1941. Sophie's funeral was held
today and she was laid to rest in the Garden of Rememberance Cemetery,
Toowoomba after a service conducted by Pastor Marcus Schultz. Sophie was
the mother of my aunt Carol Crighton, nee Tebb. Hope this information
assists some of our friends who have connections to the Schultz, Franke,
and Hartwig etc lines on this list. Other information available if
