Hi all,

I would like to recommend to all of you who are researching their
ancestors' roots in the NEUMARK the following website:

The NEUMARK was an area east of Berlin, north of Silesia and south of
Pommerania, now Poland. Especially within this area lots of records have been
destroyed or not yet released by Poland. For this reason it is so important
that all researchers in this area get together to exchange information.

The Neumark has always been troubled by war, that's why a lot of people
from this area migrated to Australia, especially as there already were
connections to Australia through the cloth and fabrics exports from Germany to
Australia during the last century.
