For those coming FROM the Toowoomba side of Gatton, turn RIGHT, not
left.

We intend to be there by some time after midday. Hopefully, by midday.

I can't see why not. Many people don't have email access, don't know
about the list, or are overwhelmed by the amount of email they receive.
It is an opportunity for them to participate. The list may even get a
few new subscribers. The more the merrier.

I intend to encourage my sister and niece along. And hopefully, another
sister and brother-in-law by the name of LUBKE will attend, too. The
latter have German ancestry, but so far it seems to be in NSW. They now
live at Forest Hill (Lockyer Valley - scene of a siege earlier
today/last night).

Ok. Just to clarify. (I don't want people to come unprepared because
we didn't plan well enough).

Location: Apex Lake, via Gatton (details on how to get there are
above)
Time: 1pm - whenever (2 ± 2 hours)
What: BBQ & gathering of interested parties, particularly SEQ
Germans descendants and their families
Bring: meat, salad, rolls, drinks, plates, etc. German genealogy
perhaps
Why?: to meet others on the list and form new friendships and
socialise
