Regarding the purchase of postage stamps, you might find it easier to use
Reply Paid Coupon which can be purchased for $2 from any post office.

Also if you go to a stamp and coin collector, you may find that they carry
new stamps for many countries in the world.

I live on the sunshine coast and our local collector at Maroochydore carries
these stamps. I have purchased them in the past but find it just as easy to
purchase the Coupon from the Post Office.
