Gatton - try the Gatton Shire Council, Railway Street, GATTON, Qld 4343.

However, Blacksoil is actually an area about 40 km east of Gatton and it is
in the Ipswich City Council area. Ipswich City Council, 50 South Street,
IPSWICH Q 4305.

My grandfathers sister Gertrude Hound or Hund died at Blacksoil near Gatton
in 1953.Which local authority would I contact for cemetery details in that
area also any info on the area or advice on finding her burial place would
