Therese, thanks for the explanation.
You say that the will can be accessed through land transfer. I take that it
is property transfer like a house etc.?
Is any one prevented from looking up a land/transfer that might have taken
place in a probate settlement with in the past 20 yrs?
How about less than 20 yrs?
I need to settle a question and then take the appropriate action - not
talking about a court case here, just a desire to know about a certain will.
