Hello Leith
On the Qld BDM Federation Index there is a death for a Gottfried ROSE in 1912 - his father is listed as Frederick ROSE and mother Caroline SCHULTZ. Then there is Friedrick ROSE died 1901 and his parents are the same as Gottfried.

Forgot to rollcall this family: ROSE
Emilia Caroline Rose, dob 28.5.1879, married Franz William BAND (1864-1922)
on 15th October, 1890.
She was the daughter of Gottfried ROSE and Wilhelmine WRUCK. What
connection, if any, is there to Friedrich Christian ROSE, b. 1829, who
arrived in Brisbane on "Beausite"? His first wife, Caroline STADEMAN, died
shortly after their arrival in childbirth and he married Luisa Dorothea
WILLERT shortly after.
These spaces bother me. Can anyone help?
