I was able to receive some information about another Lutheran Church
from the Lutheran Archives office in South Australia. It didn't include
any photos, however, but it won't hurt to ask.

Contact details are:
27 Fourth St. Bowden SA 5007
Tel/Fax: (08) 8340 4009
Email:
Website: www.lca.org.au/archives

They sent me photocopies of articles about the church from the Lutheran
Herald.

There was no charge, however, their brochure states -
Fees including GST:
Individual research $11 per half day ($22 per day)(Pensioners & students
$7.70 per half day)
Archives staff research (eg written enquiries) $44 per hour
Computer printouts of surnames in church records database $3.30 per
surname plus $1 per page.

Hope this helps.

In case anyone is interested in what was once the Walloon Lutheran
Church, west of Ipswich,
I can send scans of the articles from Lutheran Herald. The church was
flattened by a cyclone on 17 Nov 1923.
It was re-erected at nearby Kirchheim in 1924. Kirchheim was later
renamed Haigslea.

Cheers
Warren
