Hi Listers. Have you have experienced difficulties using Maxi? I
have and I told Maxi about them in April '99. No response was the loud
reply.

However, things have made a change for the better. I got a very quick
response to my complaint e-mail and its attachment which sent to Maxi
this morning, from:

Customer Service Coordinator
maxi multimedia


I suggest everyone who experiences difficulties with Maxi, e-mail
Richard with the details. That should keep them on their toes and
assist in getting
Maxi functioning effectively.
