I also had problems a few weeks ago when it gobbled up my $10.00 after I'd
used only $1.50 of it. I'd pressed the wrong button against a name (it took
me to purchase a certificate I didn't want) and I was then unable to return
to the search without re-entering my credit card. I also received a very
quick response from the said gentleman who confirmed my $10 had been
'snatched' and suggested I contact another address re the $10 and a part
refund. I've heard nothing from the second email - but the money has been
charged on my credit card. I feel the Maxi site has possibilities but it
needs to be a bit more user friendly and get rid of a few of its problems.
I have to say that the search was going very well until I mistakenly went
the wrong way - if anyone has proof it is now working correctly I'd be
interested in trying again......
Regards,
Wendy
