I have been attempting to locate Elizabeth Jane Boyd’s parents & hence
ancestry, but have a brick wall. As one can see the marriage record is of no
use as the needed info is unrecorded so I gather purchasing the cert would
only make the government richer. The death cert may be of assistance due to
what was tabled on such from 1906 or 1907 onwards but where are the books
located. I went to Pt Adelaide Library only to find the genealogy section
does not open on Tuesdays, but the librarian of this section when phoned was
most helpful & after a quick look up was unable to assist, as they do not
keep the needed book. She suggested the death must have been registered
elsewhere. Can anyone assist as to which library I should attempt next? I
was hoping it may tell me more about her parentage, & when she came to SA. I
have already checked the RAH admissions data at the State Archives without
success. Would the Holy Trinity records be of any use when it is not listed
on the marriage Cert & if so where are these records kept?

Thanks

David
