Hi Listers,

I was wondering if someone who has connections with Port Pirie can shed some light on this business.
According to SA directories, 1918 onwards, there is reference to Padman and Regan, solicitors, Ellen Street, Port Pirie. By 1922, it seems the business relocated to Balaklava. By 1935, the Regan had been dropped, but it was still in Balaklava.

I have a hunch that the J.E. Regan that was mixed up with the business was the J.W. Regan who was in business (according to Sands & Macs) for himself 1915 - 1917 in Advertiser Buildings, Divett St., Port Adelaide and then vanished. J.W. Regan married in 1917 to a girl who was from Port Pirie. His marriage cert. in 1917 had his residence as Port Pirie.

Any information greatly appreciated.
