Stephanie,
If you are ordering NSW certificates you should get transcripts, they are a
bit cheaper. I presume that the other states do not have transcription
agents like NSW.
The cost should be considerably cheaper these days as they just pull up the
image on the computer screen and click a button. Not like the old days where
they had to search for the book and then photocopy the images.
