Er - there will be a smallish cost to cover "our" expenses Steph! All that
wear and tear on the fingers, eyestrain, brainstrain, has to be worth
something. I'll take cash in an envelope please, addressed to my PO Box in
Nigeria - for that small outlay I'm prepared to rant every chance I get, on
